Newfoundland Cultural Link & Immigration Services Inc. is a private organization and we are not affiliated with any government. The immigration services we offer can be applied for elsewhere directly with the government for free.


Granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and not Newfoundland Cultural Link & Immigration Services Inc.  Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal.


Newfoundland Cultural Link & Immigration Services Inc. does not offer services to any sanctioned countries and that is explicitly stated in the terms and conditions.


Refund Policy


The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the NCLIS. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal. 

If however, the application is denied because of an error or omission on the part of the Newfoundland Cultural Link & Immigration Services (NCLIS) or professional staff, NCLIS will refund all professional fees collected except the first payment stated in clause 4 and any government fees paid. The said fees are non-refundable whatsoever. The CLIENT agrees that the fees paid are for services indicated above, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid less the non-refundable fees.


Unused fees will be refunded in the following manner:
By cheque with the accurate amount within 10 business days when the case is closed.
In the event the Client is unable to contact the RCIC and has reason to believe the RCIC may be dead, incapacitated or otherwise unable to fulfill his/her duties, the Client should contact College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)


NCLIS will not refund any of the professional fees charged and shall be entitled to full payment of professional fee as per this agreement if:

  • The CLIENT does not cooperate in filling the application for permanent immigration with the immigration authorities;
  • The application is withdrawn by the CLIENT at any stage;
  • The application gets rejected due to false information, misrepresentation, fraud, medical or security inadmissibility or failure by the CLIENT to adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement;
  • The application gets rejected because of CLIENT’s withholding relevant information at any time during the processing of the immigration application or at the time of interview with visa officer;
  • CLIENT does not co-operate in the finalization of immigration case;
  • CLIENT fails to satisfy the immigration officer of his/her educational level, occupational experience, qualifications, language abilities, and truthfulness of information submitted;
  • The application gets rejected for breaches of security, criminal convictions and pending charges.


In the event the Client is unable to contact the RCIC and has reason to believe the RCIC may be dead, incapacitated, etc., the Client should contact CICC. 


Privacy Policy 


Newfoundland Cultural Link & Immigration Services Inc. (NCLIS) respects the privacy of individuals and clients in all aspects of our business operations and is committed to protect all information shared with us in all that we do. To this end, we have developed the following Privacy Policy to demonstrate this commitment.


It is noted that, although whenever and insofar as possible we have attempted to ensure that our partners and other organizations with which we deal respect privacy rights, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any organizations other than NCLIS.

NCLIS will only collect, use, and disclose personal and corporate information as required for the performance of our services, and all such occurrences will be agreed to in advance. 


NCLIS does not, and will not, engage in any unwarranted disclosure, trading, or selling of client or candidate information. While information may be shared with our partners or affiliates during the normal course of business, this will only be done so where necessary, in as much detail as necessary, and where agreed to by all parties, and only where the outside representative makes a promise to protect privacy.
